Markdown stays the editable operator narrative while the structured control plane carries queue, category, and lifecycle metadata. The viewer revalidates the same-origin Markdown asset and ships from a render path that fail-closes if the JSON control plane drifts away from the live ledger.

Current lanes first

Start with the active lane, the next queued lane, and the short recent-close set. The historical appendix stays linked, but it no longer floods the live dashboard.

Filter the live ledger by status and type, jump by queue group, and open details only when you need the task list, timestamps, or closeout note for a lane.
